Projects: what each line pays for

These photos are from our own team’s jobs. We show finished rooms and the stages behind them, because every one of those stages is a line in a quote. Locations and client details are not disclosed.

Bathrooms

Showers, basins, tiling and seamless finishes. In a bathroom quote, the visible result rests on lines you never see afterwards: strip-out, new pipes, waterproofing and the fall to the drain.

Masonry and preparation

Partitions, plastering and corner beads. The least visible chapter in the finished home, and one that sets the quality of everything applied on top.

Interior finishes

Stairs, feature walls, lit ceilings and painted surfaces. Finishes are where choices are most flexible, and where a quote can be adjusted without touching hidden work.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are these your own projects?

Yes, they are jobs carried out by our team. Locations and client details are not shown.

Why show unfinished work?

Because each stage you see is a line in a quote, and most of them are hidden once the job is done.

Can I get a quote for something similar?

Yes. Send photos of your room and the floor area, and a reference photo from this page if you like.

Do you show prices for these projects?

No. Costs depend on each property; we quote line by line.

Do these photos include before and after?

Only where both photos show the same room.

Are the photos retouched?

No, they are only optimised for the web.

Can I choose the finishes shown?

They are examples. Finishes are agreed with you before the quote is final.

Who carried out the electrics in these jobs?

Authorised partner installers, coordinated by us.

Where can I see more photos?

In the gallery, filtered by type of work.

How do I start?

Send photos and the floor area through the form or WhatsApp.

Free, itemised quote

Send us photos and the approximate floor area

A few photos and a rough square-metre figure are enough for a first assessment. If it suits you, we then visit the property and prepare an itemised quote, line by line.

  • One contractor, one point of contact
  • Itemised quote with no vague lump sums
  • Materials purchasing and final clean handled by us
  • Work carried out with a guarantee and public liability insurance
Will anyone live there during the works?
